Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 1 year addiction treatment experience or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• CADC or eligible within 24 months
• Skilled in behavioral management techniques
• Ability to coordinate and present lectures for patients, parents and community resources

Responsibilities

• Supervise addicted adolescent clients per supervisor schedule
• Serve as role model and maintain positive guest relations
• Manage behavior and provide appropriate interventions
• Coordinate and supervise client recreational activities
• Develop and implement individual treatment plans with counselors
• Maintain client service records per regulations
• Deliver patient lectures as scheduled
• Observe and document group dynamics
• Lead daily therapeutic direction for shift
• Read logs and collect pertinent information from prior shifts
