Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and one year of addiction treatment experience or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet agency insurance requirements
• CADC certification or certification within 24 months
• Must have own transportation
• Skilled in behavioral management techniques
• Coordinate and present lectures for patients and community resources

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage behavior of clients and provide interventions and consequences
• Coordinate and supervise client recreational activities
• Develop and implement individual treatment plans with counselors
• Maintain client service records per rules and regulations
• Develop and present patient lectures as scheduled
• Observe, monitor, and record group dynamics
• Facilitate focal group discussions
• Plan daily therapeutic direction with treatment team
