Responsibilities

• Provide care and close supervision of facility patients and document behavior.
• Develop positive relationships with patients and co-workers.
• Follow facility policies and procedures while implementing treatment plans and providing crisis intervention as necessary.
• Actively participate as part of the treatment team, providing continuous patient care, supervision, and interaction.
• Act as a role model in counseling, de-escalation, active listening, and promoting a positive peer culture.
• Serve as primary liaison between the clinical team and CBH patients.
• Collaborate with department head to meet department goals.
