Job summary

The Recovery Village Indianapolis is seeking a dynamic Behavioral Health Technician for full-time night shifts (7p–7a). The role focuses on observing and monitoring patients, reporting to the clinical team, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment as part of a dedicated team in a 71-bed facility.

Key duties include enforcing program rules, documenting records, and collaborating with leadership to ensure successful patient care and facility operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years patient care experience OR 1 year patient care experience + Associate's degree required.
• Good driving record that meets safety and company insurance standards required.

Responsibilities

• Observe and monitor patients in treatment and report as indicated.
• Contribute to welfare of the organization and assist patients in activities.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Communicate facility program rules and enforce them professionally.
• Document timely, consistent, clear, and legible clinical records.
