The Recovery Village Indianapolis is seeking a dynamic Behavioral Health Technician for full-time night shifts (7p–7a). The role focuses on observing and monitoring patients, reporting to the clinical team, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment as part of a dedicated team in a 71-bed facility.

The Recovery Village Indianapolis (RVI) is an addiction treatment center with a continuum of care for anyone struggling with substance use disorders. 71 total beds: 10 beds for Detox, 46 beds for Residential, and 15 beds for Mental Health.
The Behavioral Health Technician is responsible for the observation and monitoring of patients in treatment and reporting duties as indicated and contributes to the welfare of the organization and assists patients in a variety of patient activities. Assists in maintaining a safe and secure environment
Works effectively with the facility leadership team to ensure success of the facility by completing the following:
Schedule: 3 / 12-hour shifts & every other weekend
