Job summary

BayCare Health Systems is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health RN to join North Bay Recovery Center in Lutz, FL. This full-time position offers a night shift (6:45 pm–7:15 am) with a 36-hour workweek and no on-call duties.

The Clinical Nurse II will provide independent patient care, supervise care delivery, and serve as preceptor/charge nurse as assigned. Required: RN license, BLS, 2 years' RN experience; education: associate's or diploma; Bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently care for a group of patients using nursing process and standards.
• Delegate care activities to health care team members.
