BayCare Health System in Winter Haven, FL, is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health RN to join Winter Haven Hospital's Behavioral Health Center. This full-time position (36 hours/week) offers day shifts 6:45 AM–7:15 PM, weekends every other, and no on-call requirement.

Requires Florida RN licensure and BLS; an ASN/ Diploma in Nursing is required with a Bachelor's preferred. Responsibilities include delivering patient care via the nursing process, delegating tasks, and serving as

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience as a licensed RN and completion of all Clinical Nurse Requirements.
• Required: BLS (Basic Life Support) and RN licensure.
• Preferred: Nurse Specialty.
• Education: Associate's or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
• Professional accountability and development.
• The Clinical Nurse II performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.
