Qualifications

• CPR, de-escalation and restraint certification required (training provided on hire).
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient wellbeing and provide a safe, structured environment under supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and monitor patient care needs.
• Conduct safety checks and supervise patients per guidelines.
• Observe patient behavior and report significant changes to the clinical team.
• Record vitals accurately and document in patient records timely.
• Apply de-escalation techniques and assist with restraints when necessary.
• Provide transportation or transfer support as needed and coordinate reports.
