Job summary

Legacy Behavioral Health Services is seeking a Human Service Technician for night shift in Valdosta, GA. The role supports individuals with mental health or substance use challenges in a 24/7 residential setting, reporting to the Nurse Manager.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a Georgia driver's license with minimal points, and CPR/First Aid certification or the ability to obtain it. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid GA driver's license (less than 5 points).
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to consumers with a MH, SA or Dual Diagnosis in a 24/7 residential crisis center.
• Assist with admissions, discharge or transfer processes in accordance with facility policies.
• Monitor and document consumer progress in treatment using designated formats and within established time frames.
• Assist with daily living skills training and housekeeping duties.
