Job summary

The Andersons, Inc. is seeking a Bean Milling Processor for night shifts at our Minnesota facility. You will operate milling equipment, run quality checks, and assist with packaging of bean-based ingredients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience required.
• Must have night shift availability.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform bean milling and handling tasks including packaging and sampling for quality.
• Operate mobile equipment such as forklift, bobcat, or payloader.
• Conduct pre-operation and post-operation inspections of equipment.
• Support preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain product integrity.
• Monitor quality of incoming/outgoing products and report findings.
• Adhere to all food safety policies and participate in safety meetings.
