Job summary

Bob’s Red Mill Natural Foods, Inc. is seeking a reliable Miller I to assist with the setup and operation of milling machinery, including grain cleaning equipment and stone mills, on a rotating 12-hour night shift. This full-time, on-site role reports to the Production Lead and Supervisor.

You will maintain production logs, monitor quality, operate a forklift, and follow FDA, SQF, and GMP safety procedures. Previous milling or forklift experience is preferred, and a high school diploma or

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; forklift certification preferred.
• Experience with forklift operation and milling equipment preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English; safety training required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate milling machinery and lines.
• Run stone mills, hang totes, and create mixes.
• Maintain daily production logs clearly and accurately.
• Monitor quality control throughout milling, mixing, and toting processes.
• Identify faulty equipment and notify leads or supervisors of issues.
• Transport materials using a forklift within the facility.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and GMPs; adhere to food safety rules.
• Report food safety and quality concerns to Supervisors/Manager.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
