Job summary

The Andersons, Inc. is seeking a Bean Milling Processor for night shift to operate milling and handling equipment, maintain cleanliness, sample for quality, and package bean-based ingredients.

Responsibilities include using forklifts, bobcats or payloaders, conducting pre- and post-operation inspections, supporting preventative maintenance, and upholding food safety standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and mechanically inclined, with 3–5 years of relevant experience

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience required.
• Able to operate and work with milling equipment and related machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate milling and handling equipment for daily bean milling tasks.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and practice good housekeeping.
• Collect samples for quality checks and assist with packaging.
• Operate mobile equipment such as forklifts, bobcats, or payloaders; perform pre- and post-operation inspections.
• Support preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and protect product integrity.
• Monitor quality of incoming/outgoing product and report findings; adhere to food safety standards.
