Job summary

Anderson|Biro, LLC is seeking a Batch Mixer/Material Handler for our Solon, OH facility on the 3rd shift (12am-7:30am). You will join a manufacturing team responsible for preparing trail mixes and snack products by accurately measuring and blending ingredients.

The role requires basic math, attention to detail, and the ability to safely operate equipment in a fast-paced food environment. On-the-job training is provided, with opportunities for growth within manufacturing and warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic math skills and ability to measure ingredients.
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow written recipes and procedures.
• Willingness to learn and operate manufacturing equipment.
• Dependable attendance for 3rd shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare large production batches by weighing and combining ingredients.
• Operate mixing equipment and monitor processes for quality.
• Transport ingredients and finished product using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Maintain accurate production records and batch sheets.
• Follow GMPs and food safety procedures; comply with safety rules.
