Qualifications

• Age 18+ and 1+ year bakery experience.
• Knowledge of computer systems and equipment (e.g., PC, scales, label machine).
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reading and writing skills.
• Planning and organizing skills.
• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent; orientation and food safety training.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior customer service; takes orders in person or by phone; assists product selections.
• Applies baking and frying skills, sets up equipment, operates, cleans and maintains tools.
• Prepares, packages, and merchandises fresh products; ensures timely display on the sales floor.
• Cleans and sanitizes display cases; maintains production area per SOPs and safety standards.
• Follows procedures; operates equipment safely; may perform other related tasks as needed.
