Job summary

New Horizons Baking Co. in Indiana is seeking team members for the 2nd shift (3:30pm-midnight) and 3rd shift (11:30pm-8:00am) to join a fast-paced production team.

You will slice, bag and package finished products, inspect equipment, and help with changeovers while maintaining food safety and quality standards. The position offers a starting pay of $20.43+ per hour with weekly pay and a broad benefits package, including medical, dental and vision, disability and life insurance, a company-paid

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Must be able to read and write and perform basic math.
• Strong teamwork and effective communication with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Slice/fork and bag finished product according to specifications.
• Ensure machine setup and proper packaging.
• Maintain sanitation and GMP compliance.
• Assist with variety changes and line setup as needed.
• Record production data and keep accurate lot numbers.
