ACTS Airport Services is seeking Aviation Security Officers for the 2nd shift (2:00pm – 10:00pm) at the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport.

This full-time role includes competitive wages and benefits such as medical, dental and vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid vacations and holidays. Responsibilities include access control, screening, vehicle inspections, incident response, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• At least two years verifiable prior contract security, military, or law enforcement experience.
• Must be able to pass a TSA Security Threat Assessment.
• Must be able to pass a TSA Criminal History Record Check.
• Must meet state/county licensing requirements for Aviation Security Officers.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Control access to restricted airport areas and log authorized individuals.
• Screen and log people and vehicles entering restricted zones.
• Inspect vehicles at perimeter access points to secured areas.
• Conduct screenings using x-ray machines, hand wands, or magnetometers.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies and provide escorts as needed.
