Qualifikationen

• Licence: FAA Airframe & Power Plant certificate; must be certificated under 14 CFR Part 65.
• High school graduate; some college and/or technical school desirable.
• At least 1 year of experience maintaining the same category and class of aeroplanes operated by Kalitta Air.
• Must be organised and able to work with computers and programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Able to read, write, speak and understand English; able to write routine reports and to give direction to staff.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all station personnel, including FMEs, with regard to administrative requirements, training schedules, work performance and compliance with GMM.
• Coordinate with Hangar, Engine Shop or Station Managers to schedule maintenance, preventive maintenance, alteration and repair of aircraft and ground support equipment.
• Ensure tools, spare parts and equipment are available when needed and cared for per policy.
• Revise manuals within the department and ensure the revision status is current.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Station Manager, Maintenance Manager, Engine Shop Manager or Director of Maintenance.
