Job summary
US Conec, Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Automation Engineering Technician for the 3rd shift (10pm–6am) to support design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated manufacturing systems.
The role emphasizes efficiency, quality, and safety, with opportunities to assist in continuous improvement and cross-functional projects. The candidate will work with PLCs, HMIs, robotics, and related equipment, ensuring reliable operation and adherence to safety standards in a production
Qualifications
- 3+ years hands-on experience with automated equipment, robotics, and control systems.
- Basic knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and industrial software.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
Responsibilities
- Assist with setup, installation, and maintenance of automated manufacturing systems including PLCs, HMIs, and robotics.
- Perform routine inspection, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure safety and compliance.
- Support engineers and cross-functional teams in implementing automation solutions in production.
- Monitor production processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction.
