Job summary

Centor in Millersburg, Ohio is seeking Automation Maintenance Technicians for our night shift from 7pm to 7am. The role involves troubleshooting and repair of automated production equipment, with a 2-2-3 schedule offering about 15-16 days per month and paid breaks.

You will work on systems like bagging machines, carton erectors, and stretch wrapping units, and contribute to continuous improvement. The position requires reading blueprints, following drawings, and the ability to interpret plant

Qualifications

Able to read prints, understand and troubleshoot plant production equipment.
Possesses well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read, write and follow written or verbal instructions.
Ability to speak, read and write English.
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Operate equipment according to procedures and maintain safety standards.
Participate in daily team meetings addressing safety, quality, maintenance and process improvements.
Follow instructions and assist in creating or updating work instructions.
Perform root cause analyses and escalate issues as needed.
Maintain 5S in the work area and assist in other duties as required.
