Job summary

MEDLOG Cold Storage/C&K Holdings is hiring an Automation De-Slatting Operator for the overnight shift in Rincon, GA. The role focuses on safely operating the automated de-slatting line for inbound/outbound protein products while upholding food safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.

You will load pallets, monitor equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and coordinate with warehouse staff to maintain throughput. A strong emphasis on HACCP compliance and safe handling is required.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, production, manufacturing, or automated equipment experience preferred.
• Ability to operate electric pallet jacks, forklifts, or similar equipment.
• Basic understanding of food safety and quality standards is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor the automated de-slatting line to ensure continuous production.
• Load pallets and product onto the automation line following procedures.
• Inspect pallets and product for damage or contamination and notify leadership of issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area throughout the shift.
• Follow HACCP, food safety, and sanitation requirements and use proper PPE.
