Job summary

MEDLOG Cold Storage/C&K Holdings in Rincon, GA seeks a 2nd shift Automation De-Slatting Operator to safely run the automated de-slatting line for inbound/outbound protein products. You will monitor equipment, maintain food safety and quality standards (BRCGS/HACCP/OSHA), and support housekeeping and productivity.

Responsibilities include loading pallets, clearing jams, troubleshooting, using RF scanners, recording production data, and coordinating with warehouse teams to sustain throughput while

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse/production environment.
• Experience with automated de-slatting systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of HACCP/food safety standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly with team lifting when needed.
• Ability to work in refrigerated environments and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Comply with facility food safety, defense, and quality programs per BRCGS requirements.
• Operate and monitor the automated de-slatting system for safe, efficient workflow.
• Load pallets and product onto the line per SOPs.
• Remove slats, boards, debris, and other materials from loads with proper disposal.
• Inspect incoming pallets/product for damage or quality concerns and notify leadership.
