You will operate manual presses, ensure safe operations, follow ISO procedures, and support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a clean, safe work environment and meeting quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions; mechanical understanding preferred.
• Willing to learn new skills and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operation of manual presses and proper stacking of parts.
• Understand and ensure the safe operation of presses and other similar equipment.
• Abide by all safety policies.
• Follow ISO standards and procedures to ensure quality.
• Complete 30-day training form to demonstrate equipment understanding.
• Recognize concerns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform departmental tasks as assigned by the Stamping Supervisor or Group Leader.
