Job summary

Techo-Bloc Waterloo is seeking a Production Operator for the night shift to run automated production lines and perform setup and basic maintenance. The role emphasizes mechanical aptitude, problem solving, and teamwork to meet daily output goals.

You will work Monday-Thursday, 6:00pm–6:00am with a 3-day weekend. The plant offers ongoing training, growth paths into PMO roles, and weekly pay with a competitive hourly rate including a night shift premium.

Qualifications

3+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to lead or guide coworkers on the floor
Basic computer skills and data entry experience

Responsibilities

Run automated production equipment and hit daily production goals
Set up equipment and perform preventative maintenance
Troubleshoot and make minor repairs with hand tools and coordinate with Maintenance
Disassemble/reassemble heavy components using hoists and tools
Check product quality, color blends, and flag issues
Maintain accurate daily production and maintenance records
