The Campbell's Company seeks a highly skilled Maintenance Mechanic to keep our automated bakery operations running safely and efficiently. You will mentor junior mechanics and collaborate with electrical and production teams to maximize uptime and reliability.

This full-time role offers a night shift and hourly pay between $36.70 and $41.25, with strong emphasis on safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of industrial maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or GED with trade school/associate degree in a related field.
• Advanced mechanical troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience troubleshooting automated production equipment and electromechanical systems.
• Experience with PLC-controlled equipment and machine control systems.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments and electrical testing equipment.
• Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, machine shop equipment and maintenance technologies.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and extended shifts as required.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, repair, modify, and maintain automated bakery production equipment and facility systems.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical equipment issues.
• Respond to production line calls and complete corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Execute preventive maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and performance.
• Mentor, train, and support other mechanics.
• Collaborate with Electrical Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, and Production Teams to resolve equipment issues.
• Provide technical guidance during troubleshooting and repair activities.
• Follow safety procedures and plant safety standards; ensure GMP and food safety compliance.
