Job summary

TEC Services is seeking an Assistant Team Lead to support nightly janitorial operations, ensure safety and quality, and train and guide team members. This hands-on role requires leading by example and coordinating with the Team Lead to meet client standards.

The position is full-time and involves working night shifts, traveling to store locations as needed, and maintaining equipment as part of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in janitorial or custodial services preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts and travel to locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nightly sanitation crews and assist Team Lead.
• Lead by example by performing cleaning tasks alongside the team.
• Assign daily work and monitor completion; provide guidance.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain equipment, inventory, and storage areas; report issues.
