Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts and travel to assigned store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Team Lead with coordinating nightly sanitation crews and lead by example.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members throughout the shift.
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and report concerns to Team Lead.
• Inspect completed work for quality and completeness during walkthroughs.
• Complete daily operational reports, checklists, and equipment documentation.
• Promote safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
