Qualifications

• Prior experience installing video monitors, security/AV systems, or similar hardware preferred, not a deal breaker.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work nights, travel between stores, and lift equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Assemble the product to National Assemblers’ specifications.
• Build a strong rapport with customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Install, configure, and test video monitors and associated hardware.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site.
• Complete documentation of work, sign-offs, and photos.
• Communicate status updates to Regional Manager and project leads.
• Follow safety procedures and store policies while onsite.
