Job summary

National Assemblers, Inc is seeking skilled installers to join our nationwide team in Dayton, OH. You’ll install video monitors and security/AV hardware, travel between stores, and work nights to complete site projects efficiently.

You’ll deliver top-notch customer service, document work, and follow safety procedures. This role offers W2 employment, benefits after probation, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Prior experience installing video monitors, security/AV systems, or similar hardware preferred not a deal breaker.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work nights, travel between stores, and lift equipment safely.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight.

Responsibilities

• You’ll assemble the product to National Assembler’s specifications.
• You’ll build a strong rapport with customers and ensure 100% satisfaction by delivering good customer service and quality product.
• Install, configure, and test video monitors and associated hardware per site specifications and company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site.
• Complete documentation of work, sign-offs, and photos for each location.
• Communicate status updates to Regional Manager and project leads.
• Follow safety procedures and store policies while onsite.
