Job summary

National Assemblers, Inc is seeking an installation technician in Cincinnati to install, configure, and test video monitors and related hardware, building rapport with customers and delivering quality work on site.

You will troubleshoot issues, document work with photos and sign-offs, and communicate progress to project leads. The role requires night shifts, travel between stores, and a valid driver’s license for overnight travel.

Qualifications

Experience installing video monitors or security/AV systems is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.
Willingness to work nights, travel between stores, and lift equipment safely.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight.

Responsibilities

Assemble the product to National Assemblers, Inc. specifications.
Build a strong rapport with customers and ensure 100% satisfaction through quality work and service.
Install, configure, and test video monitors and related hardware per site specs and standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site.
Document work, sign-offs, and photos for each location.
Communicate status updates to Regional Manager and project leads.
Follow safety procedures and store policies while onsite.
