Job summary

Donaldson is seeking an Assembly Specialist for Stilwell, OK. The role operates 1st shift from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm in a safety‑sensitive manufacturing environment, assembling and inspecting parts per specifications.

You will follow procedures, perform quality checks, complete paperwork, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while learning our Facet product line and applying the 5S system.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to read a standard tape measure and solve practical problems with concrete variables.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly and/or fabrication of Elements products per specifications.
• Perform quality checks in accordance with quality standards & procedures.
• Complete necessary documentation/paperwork.
• Sere, sleeve, bag, & box.
• Follow directions and perform tasks as assigned by Lead and Supervisors.
• Achieve production rates and work at a speed commensurate to that of machine operators.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Acquire a working knowledge of Facet’s product line.
• Follow the 5S system.
