Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking a USA|Assembly Repair to join our Fort Madison, IA manufacturing site. You will be part of the production support team, contributing to quality assurance and repair processes to uphold standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, ability to operate hand and power tools, experience with fiberglass and resin repair, and the ability to read metric measurements. You must lift up to 50 lbs and handle various physical positions as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• Experience with fiberglass and resin repair.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the metric measuring system.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and work in various physical positions for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of components to ensure quality standards are met.
• Interpret inspection results and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Document inspection data and test results accurately and thoroughly.
• Set up, operate, and maintain repair equipment in accordance with industry standards.
• Follow safety procedures and use all required safety equipment during operations.
