Qualifications

• Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instruction.
• Must possess the ability to recognize defects in workmanship.
• Demonstrate competency in assembly processes.
• Reading blueprints preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Integer Core Beliefs, Behavioral Based Safety process and Integer Associate Quality Policy.
• Sets up equipment needed for assembly/inspection as per MPI's and QWI's.
• Understands own tasks and how they relate to others in their team; follows Standard Work.
• Understands overall production flow within their department.
• Assembles component parts per print using manual and automatic machines.
• Inspects parts/assemblies visually and dimensionally; escalates defects.
• Completes Device History Records and GDP documentation.
• May package assemblies for shipping.
• Participates in team activities for process improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Maintains safe and clean workspace by following procedures and regulations.
• Participates in flex break programs.
• Expands skill base via on-the-job training and cross-training.
• Performs other functions as required.
