Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking an Assembly/Inspector to perform assembly and inspection operations. The role requires following detailed procedures, reading blueprints, and maintaining quality records. Training will be provided to develop competency and cross-training opportunities exist.

Typical schedule is 6:35am–2:35pm, Monday–Friday. Minimum education is a high school diploma; 0–1 year in light assembly or regulated industries is ideal, with medical device experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instructions.
• Must possess the ability to recognize defects in workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to core beliefs and safety processes.
• Sets up equipment for assembly/inspection per MPI/QWI.
• Works under defined supervision and follows Standard Work.
• Understands production flow within the department.
• Assembles components per print and operates manual/automatic equipment.
• Inspects parts/assemblies for conformance and records results.
• Completes device history records per GDP.
• Participates in process improvement and team activities.
• Maintains safe, clean work environment and adheres to regulations.
