Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year Integer experience or 2-4 years light assembly in a regulated industry preferred.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instruction.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Integer Core Beliefs, Behavioral Based Safety process and Integer Associate Quality Policy.
• Sets up equipment for assembly/inspection per MPI’s and QWI’s.
• Understands tasks and relationships within the team; works under moderate supervision.
• Understands overall production flow within the department.
• Assembles components per print; uses manual and automatic machines.
• Inspects parts/assemblies visually and dimensionally; escalates quality non-conformances.
• Completes Device History Records and GDP documentation.
• May package assemblies for shipping.
• Participates in team activities focusing on process/product improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment per procedures.
• Participates in flex break programs as required.
• Expands skills through on-the-job and classroom training.
• Performs other functions as required.
