Job summary

Future Form Manufacturing in Sparks, NV is seeking an Assembly Operator for a regular full-time shift (Friday-Sunday 6pm–6:30am). You will support the Assembly Department to produce parts per customer specs, with focus on quality and on-time delivery while upholding our core values of teamwork, honesty, lean, and customer service.

The role requires basic math, ability to read orders, operate machinery, and lift up to 50 pounds; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Ability to understand and follow detailed verbal instructions.
• Ability to read and understand shop orders, policies and procedures.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and operate machinery.
• Must have own tools within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines as directed to produce parts according to specifications.
• Read blueprints and assembly instructions.
• Maintain accurate counts and documentation for Quality Assurance.
• Communicate clearly with supervisor and co-workers.
• Willing to work overtime when needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
