Job summary

Allied Air Enterprises, a division of Lennox International, is seeking a 3rd Shift Assembly Production Operator to prepare components and assemble parts for finished products. The role requires reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, and ensuring quality while adhering to safety standards.

The position is on 3rd shift with overtime potential and a starting pay of $17 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, tape measures, diagrams, or assembly instructions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed instructions, blueprints, or diagrams to assemble components or products.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to perform assembly tasks.
• Inspect and verify the quality of assembled products to ensure they meet specified standards.
• Identify and report any defects or issues with components or finished products.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding any issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate workflow and resolve issues.
• May perform other limited assembly, fabrication, production, or operator tasks of a standard nature.
