Qualifications

• Knowledge of protein manufacturing processes and USDA guidelines (GMP/SSOP/HACCP).
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop supervisors and team leaders.
• Bilingual skills in English/Spanish/Creole preferred.
• Stand for long periods; work in loud, wet environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop supervisors and team leaders while holding them accountable for performance, attendance, and results.
• Ensure USDA regulations, HACCP, GMPs, sanitation standards, and food safety/quality requirements are met.
• Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety procedures.
• Address team member concerns and performance issues promptly.
• Identify operational challenges, analyze metrics, and implement corrective actions; collaborate with Maintenance, QA, and Sanitation.
