You will operate reactors and processing equipment, monitor processes, and ensure cGMP and GDP compliance while maintaining accurate documentation. The role emphasizes safety, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and teamwork with cross-functional groups to enable batch execution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of manufacturing, production, chemical processing or related experience.
• Strong math, reading, comprehension, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to operate basic hand tools and obtain forklift qualification.

Responsibilities

• Safely manufacture fine chemicals, intermediates and APIs per procedures and schedules.
• Perform chemical processing activities including reactions, filtration, distillation, drying, milling, and material transfers.
• Set up, operate, monitor, and clean manufacturing equipment (reactors, vessels, tanks, centrifuges, dryers).
• Monitor process conditions and adjust parameters; troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Complete batch records and documentation per ALCOA++ and cGMP.
