Job summary

TSE Industries, Inc. is seeking an entry level operator to tend reactors and support CASE production on a 3rd shift basis.

The role includes on-the-job training, working Sundays to Thursdays, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, and responsibilities such as weighing ingredients, operating mixing equipment, and maintaining production records. Candidate must be able to perform duties safely, follow procedures, and participate in team-based manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or related experience.
• Forklift experience a plus and may be required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Strong teamwork and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and/or measure ingredients and mix in proper sequence and proportions.
• Tend mixing equipment and control time, heat, color, and other variables.
• May perform blending, filtration, and drying operations.
• May test according to prescribed procedures and specifications.
• Maintain batch records and production data as required.
• Fill drums and buckets as needed; cross-train across CASE production.
