Job summary

Real Alloy is seeking a hands-on production teammate in Michigan to help convert scrap aluminum into new products. You will work in a fast-paced team environment, following safety and quality standards, and learn by doing.

You'll operate blending processes, manage material handling, and record production data using basic computer tools. The role offers a core 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM shift with 4-on/4-off, opportunities to move to a 12-hour shift after training.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience and the ability to meet physical requirements.
• Background with blending or willingness to learn quickly.
• Comfort lifting, moving, and staging materials.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Operate within safety and quality programs to convert scrap aluminum into new aluminum products.
• Perform and monitor blending activities to meet precise specifications.
• Manage heavy material handling tasks safely and efficiently.
• Use basic computer applications to record production data and follow instructions.
