Job summary

Real Alloy is seeking hands-on team members in Michigan to transform scrap aluminum into new products. Core schedule is 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM, 4 ON / 4 OFF, with multiple shifts and training to move from 8- to 12-hour shifts.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing experience, are comfortable with lifting and moving materials, and can learn blending processes quickly while using basic computer tools to track production data.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience and the ability to meet physical requirements.
• Background with blending or willingness to learn quickly.
• Comfort lifting, moving, and staging materials.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Operate within safety and quality programs to convert scrap aluminum into new aluminum products.
• Perform and monitor blending activities to meet precise specifications.
• Manage heavy material handling tasks safely and efficiently.
• Use basic computer applications to record production data and follow instructions.
