Real Alloy, based in Indiana, is seeking a Production Night Shift Supervisor to oversee the aluminum processing team. You will manage a group of 10-15 employees across melting, casting, packaging, and shipping operations, ensuring product quality while providing a safe work environment.
The ideal candidate possesses supervisory experience in an industrial setting, is flexible with scheduling, and is proficient in Microsoft Office. This role offers a 2-2-3 rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts.
