Job summary

Rio Staffing seeks two hands-on A&P technicians with ERJ-145 line maintenance experience to join a night-shift team at MIA. The role offers a full benefits package and long-term opportunities with relocation on a case-by-case basis.

Expect dedicated 4x10 night shifts four nights weekly, with three days off, and occasional travel to Caribbean outstations for line maintenance support. Must hold an FAA A&P certificate and pass security checks.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P certificate in good standing required.
• At least 2 years of hands-on Embraer ERJ-145 experience post-certification.
• Ability to clear DOT/FAA drug screening and MIA SIDA/CBP background checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform fast-turn line maintenance on ERJ-145 jets and Saab 340 turboprops.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, powerplant, electrical and avionics systems per FAA regs.
• Maintain logs and return-to-service paperwork per 14 CFR Part 43 and Part 135 standards.
• Utilize company tools and ground support equipment; supply your own basic A&P hand tools.
• Travel occasionally for line maintenance support at Caribbean outstations.
