Job summary
Rio Staffing LLC is seeking two A&P mechanics specializing in Embraer ERJ-145 line maintenance to join a night shift crew at MIA. You will troubleshoot under time pressure and perform rapid-turn line maintenance on regional jets for fast-turn cargo operations.

Qualifications
- FAA A&P certificate required and 14 CFR familiarity
- Ability to troubleshoot on ERJ-145 under time pressure
- Experience with rapid-turn line maintenance on regional jets
Responsibilities
- Perform rapid-turn line maintenance, overnight servicing, inspections, A-checks, and MEL troubleshooting on ERJ-145 and Saab 340
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and avionics systems per FAA regulations
- Complete logs, work orders, and return-to-service documentation per Part 43 and Part 135 procedures
- Provide personal tools and use company-provided tooling and ground support gear
- Occasionally travel to Caribbean outstations for line maintenance support
