Job summary

Rio Staffing seeks two A&P Aircraft Mechanics to support ERJ-145 line maintenance at Miami International Airport (MIA). Night shift schedules offer fixed 4x10 shifts with consecutive days off. Relocation assistance is negotiable for qualified candidates, with a comprehensive benefits package and W2 compensation.

Ideal candidates have FAA A&P certification and at least 2 years on ERJ-145, plus ability to meet DOT/FAA screening and background checks for SIDA/badging at MIA.

Qualifications

FAA A&P certificate in good standing.
Minimum 2 years ERJ-145 maintenance experience.
Pass DOT/FAA pre-employment drug screen and background checks.

Responsibilities

Perform rapid-turn line maintenance, overnight servicing, and inspections on ERJ-145 and Saab 340 aircraft.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, powerplant, electrical, and avionics systems.
Accurately complete aircraft logbooks, work orders, and return-to-service releases per 14 CFR Part 43 and Part 135.
Utilize basic hand tools and provided shop tooling and ground support equipment.
Travel for out-of-town line maintenance support as needed.
