Chick-fil-A in Rockmart, GA is hiring for a Back of House Prep Station Team Member. This role supports kitchen operations and delivers signature Chick-fil-A service in a fast-paced, guest‑focused environment.

You’ll learn from experienced Operators and restaurant leaders while growing your hospitality skills. You will prepare, assemble, and present food to Chick-fil-A standards, stock inventory, keep the kitchen clean, and work safely around equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for the kitchen prep station.
• Stock kitchen inventory and make inventory orders as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned and stay compliant with dress code.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for the kitchen prep station
• Stock kitchen inventory and make inventory orders as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up‑to‑date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in‑house training and stay up‑to‑date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
