Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Winston-Salem, NC is hiring a Back of House Team Member to help deliver signature Chick-fil-A service and food. The role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with early morning shifts and a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

You will work with various kitchen stations, learn from experienced Operators, and participate in development opportunities. The team emphasizes teamwork, safety, and a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently.
• Be knowledgeable of kitchen station assignments (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Follow Chick-fil-A safety and dress code rules.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Learn and apply in-house training and new product rollouts.
• Report maintenance issues to Leadership.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
