Chick‑fil‑A is seeking Back of House Team Members to support a friendly, fast‑paced kitchen environment. You will prepare and present menu items to Chick‑fil‑A standards, stock inventory, and maintain a clean, organized station while following safety procedures and training requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick‑fil‑A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of kitchen prep station assignments.
• Stock kitchen inventory and place orders as needed.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new Chick‑fil‑A products.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Complete in‑house training and stay updated on changes.
• Perform opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick‑fil‑A rules and dress code.
• Other duties as assigned.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for the kitchen prep station
• Stock kitchen inventory and make inventory orders as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up‑to‑date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in‑house training and stay up‑to‑date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
