Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Oklahoma City is seeking a Back of House Team Member to support daily kitchen operations, prepare and present food safely, and help deliver a friendly, signature Chick-fil-A experience to guests. You will work with an experienced Operator and Restaurant Leaders in a team-focused environment, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth and scholarships.

You will learn multiple kitchen stations, stay organized, and maintain cleanliness while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and quickly to Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep)
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times
• Stay up-to-date with new products and changes
• Operate safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues
• Complete in-house training to stay current
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
