Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Able to work on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Strong customer service skills and multitasking ability.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one or more security officers and know the property and post duties.
• Schedule officers and fill vacant posts to ensure site coverage.
• Inspect officer appearances, licenses, and uniforms for compliance.
• Ensure timely, complete daily report entries and audit for accuracy.
• Review post orders and recommend changes to senior management.
• Report disciplinary issues promptly to the Senior Supervisor.
